LIFE TEEN
is a nationwide youth ministry program centered on a weekly Teen Mass.
The teens participate in all the ministries of the Mass, including lectors,
Eucharistic ministers, gift bearers, greeters and musicians. The
music is loud and lively, and so is the prayer and praising!
After Mass, all teens are invited to LIFE NIGHT, our weekly youth gathering. We feed you dinner (provided by parent volunteers!), do activities, discussions, games, and prayer, all focused on expanding the message heard at Mass. (The Junior High group does the same, but their gathering is before Mass.)
All of this is planned and implemented by a group of dedicated and fun, loving adults called CORE TEAM. We meet on Monday nights to plan the Mass, the Life Night activities, and any other group activities. If you are in college or older, not the parent of a teenager, and are interested in helping with the ministry, talk to a Core Team member.
To sign up for LIFE TEEN, just fill out the registration form found on the Religious Education page of the website, or just come to Mass any Sunday and talk to a CORE TEAM member. All high school aged teens are welcome!
